About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team, responsible for driving profitability and leading a high-performing team in store operations management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations and overall profitability
- Implement and maintain loss prevention controls and shrinkage reduction strategies
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, merchandising, and stock levels
- Oversee inventory management, deliveries, and operational KPIs
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions where required
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years retail management experience, preferably within hardware or building materials
- Proven loss prevention experience with measurable results (experience examples required)
- Strong product knowledge of hardware, tools, paints, and building supplies
- Demonstrated experience managing and leading diverse teams
- Strong operational and execution skills with a hands-on management approach
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field
