About the Role

As a Foreman: Mechanical at ACB Consulting, you will be responsible for managing the Mechanical maintenance, control, and supervision of employees to ensure adherence to standard practices. Key Responsibilities

• To plan, coordinate, and execute daily mechanical maintenance activities to achieve maintenance targets and production goals

• Organize resources, materials, tools, and manpower to ensure efficient job execution and minimal downtime

• Lead, direct, and motivate the Mechanical Maintenance team to deliver high-quality work, cost savings, and excellent customer service

• Communicate maintenance plans, safety requirements, and business information clearly to shop-floor teams

• Monitor, control, and evaluate team performance, maintenance quality, safety compliance, and housekeeping standards

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, innovation, and maintenance effectiveness

• Identify and resolve mechanical issues, abnormal conditions, and workplace conflicts promptly

• Ensure accurate maintenance documentation, reporting, inspections, and record keeping

• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, discipline, and energy conservation

Requirements

• Grade 12 (Essential)

• Trade Test Certificate – Fitter or Millwright (Essential)
