Job Summary
About Us:
We are a dynamic company seeking a motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Consultant to join our team. If you are passionate about sales, customer service, and have a knack for building relationships, this is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with existing and potential customers to promote and sell our products/services
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and follow up on leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
- Provide accurate product information and assist customers in selecting the best options to meet their needs
- Prepare and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and resolve any customer issues
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in an internal sales or customer service role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented approach
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
