Job Description

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Property Inspection Coordinator to manage the end-to-end booking and scheduling of property inspections. This role is central to our operations and requires strong communication skills, excellent time management, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders efficiently.You will be responsible for receiving inspection requests, scheduling inspectors, planning efficient routes, and ensuring all inspection details are accurately communicated to inspectors, agents, landlords, and tenants.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and process inspection bookings from landlords and property agentsCoordinate inspection times with tenants, ensuring clear and professional communicationSchedule and allocate inspections to property inspectors, planning routes efficientlyAccurately record and communicate all property details, including:oFull property addressesoNumber of bedrooms and property typeoTailored inspection instructions from agents and landlordsManage key collection and drop-off details, ensuring inspectors have correct access informationAct as the main point of contact for inspector queries regarding bookings and property detailsEnsure booking times, access instructions, and inspection requirements are communicated clearly and correctlyMaintain accurate records and update booking systems as requiredResolve scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes professional.
