About the Role
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Property Inspection Coordinator to join our team at The Rental Inspector in Germiston. As a crucial part of our operations, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end booking and scheduling of property inspections. Your strong communication skills, excellent time management, and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders efficiently will ensure seamless execution of inspection services.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process inspection bookings from landlords and property agents
- Coordinate inspection times with tenants, ensuring clear and professional communication
- Schedule and allocate inspections to property inspectors, planning routes efficiently
- Accurately record and communicate all property details, including full property addresses, number of bedrooms, and property type
- Tailor inspection instructions from agents and landlords
- Manage key collection and drop-off details, ensuring inspectors have correct access information
- Act as the main point of contact for inspector queries regarding bookings and property details
- Ensure booking times, access instructions, and inspection requirements are communicated clearly and correctly
- Maintain accurate records and update booking systems as required
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes professionally
