Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing complex legal matters, providing strategic advice to clients, and supporting the firms partners in delivering exceptional legal services.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle and manage complex cases and transactions across various practice areas.

Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients.

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

Conduct thorough legal research to support cases and advisory work.

Mentor, supervise, and guide junior associates and trainees.

Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
-
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Collaborate with partners on business development initiatives and contribute to firm growth.
-
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.
Requirements:
-
LLB degree (Masters degree or specialization advantageous).
-
Admission as an Attorney of the High Court.
-
Minimum 57 years post-articles experience in a reputable law firm.
