About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Warranty Administrator to join our team at Route Management in Germiston. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the warranty process from submission to resolution, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage warranty process from submission to resolution
- Maintain records of warranty claims and relevant documentation
- Ensure timely processing of documentation and claims
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, dealerships, and manufacturers
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in the warranty process
- Draft and submit reports to management on claims, data, and performance
- Analyze warranty data to identify areas of concern and potential cost-saving opportunities
- Manage the replacement of parts for warranty repairs
Requirements
- Matric
- Minimum of 5 years experience working with parts in the automotive industry (trucks)
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Valid drivers license
- Bilingual
- Computer literate
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Deadline-driven
Qualifications
- Formal qualification in Operations Management or Business Administration will be advantageous
