About the Role
Our Client, a high-performance VIP security and risk management organisation operating with utmost discretion, professionalism, and executive-level operational standards, is seeking an Executive PA / Office Manager to provide executive-level office support to the Director and General Manager while overseeing two administrative support staff. This role requires a highly organised, detail-driven individual with a strong work ethic, personal standards, and maturity to operate in a discreet, structured, and performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing calendars, priorities, and strategic scheduling for Director/GM
- Preparing high-quality meeting packs, reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Monitoring operational and financial activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Leading and guiding two administrators to maintain deadlines, quality, and accountability
- Maintaining digital and physical filing systems
- Translating strategic directives into actionable tasks and tracking follow-through
- Ensuring strict confidentiality and professional discretion at all times
- Providing weekly and monthly operational and financial summaries
Requirements
- Matric (essential)
- Minimum 5 years demonstrated track record gained as a PA and office coordinator on a Senior Management / Director level within a professional setting
- Experience in small to medium-sized businesses is preferred
- Exposure to security, VIP services, professional services, risk management, law enforcement, defence, or similarly disciplined industries is highly advantageous
- Ability to read and interpret financial reports accurately
- Strong numerical and analytical aptitude
- Proven experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proficiency with Mac (optional)
- Understanding of Quickbooks ,VIP and Easy Roster would be beneficial (optional)

Salary & Benefits
Salary range: R20 000 – R30 000 per month. Negotiable based on qualification and years of relevant experience.
