Key Responsibilities Lodge Manager: * Oversee day-to-day lodge operations, ensuring 5-star service standards * Manage staff, schedules, and training to maintain a high-performance team * Maintain impeccable attention to detail across all departments * Handle guest relations, check-ins/check-outs, and special requests * Support family-friendly programming and activities Key Responsibilities Head Guide: * Lead guests on walking safaris and bush excursions safely and professionally * Provide in-depth knowledge of wildlife, conservation, and the Big 5 * Ensure guest safety and engagement throughout all safari experiences * Assist with guest relations and enhancing the overall safari experience Requirements: * Proven lodge management experience with attention to detail and 5-star service delivery * Head Guide must be fit and able to walk on bush trails * Strong team player with leadership and mentoring skills * Guest-focused, approachable, and professional * Live-in availability with medical benefits * Open to working in a family-friendly environment Whats on Offer: ?
