About the Role

The Grahamstown Sales Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and contributing to the overall success of our retail business. As a key member of our sales team, you will be expected to greet customers warmly, answer their queries, and make recommendations on products that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting Customers: Welcoming shoppers warmly as they enter the store.

• Product Knowledge: Staying informed about store products, features, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
• Stocking and Merchandising: Restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are presented attractively.
• Processing Transactions: Operating the cash register, handling payments, and issuing receipts.
• Handling Returns and Exchanges: Managing customer returns or exchanges according to store policies.
