A prestigious 5-star luxury lodge in the Eastern Cape is seeking a highly skilled Senior Chef de Partie to join their world-class culinary team. Key Responsibilities Lead your assigned section with precision, consistency, and creativity. Prepare high-quality dishes aligned with the lodges fine-dining standards. Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in menu development and daily kitchen operations. Maintain excellent hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times. Support junior chefs with training, guidance, and performance development. Ensure efficient stock control, ordering, and mise en place. ? Minimum Requirements 35 years experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior CDP in a 5-star lodge or fine-dining environment . Culinary qualification (advantageous but not essential with strong experience). Strong knowledge of modern plating, flavour pairing, and fine-dining techniques. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining exceptional standards. Willingness to live on-site in a remote lodge environment.
