About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and professional Spa Therapist to join a luxury Big 5 reserve in Grahamstown, Eastern Cape. As a passionate therapist who thrives in high-end, hands-on environments, you will be dedicated to delivering relaxing; rejuvenating, and personalised spa experiences for lodge guests.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver professional spa treatments including massages, facials, and body therapies to lodge guests
Maintain the spa area, equipment, and treatment rooms to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation
Provide personalised recommendations for treatments, wellness programs, and product use
Promote a luxurious and calming atmosphere, enhancing the overall guest experience
Liaise with lodge management to ensure smooth spa operations and seamless guest services
Maintain accurate client records and stock management for spa products
Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times

Requirements

Proven spa therapy experience in a luxury or 5* lodge/hotel environment
Qualified Spa Therapist or equivalent certification
Knowledge of a wide range of spa treatments, techniques, and wellness therapies
Excellent interpersonal skills and guest-focused approach
Attention to detail and professionalism
Fluent in English (Afrikaans advantageous)
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays

Qualifications

Qualified Spa Therapist or equivalent certification
