Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and executing menus
- Leading and managing the kitchen team
- Ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
- Managing food cost and inventory control
- Maintaining guest satisfaction through consistent culinary excellence
- Promoting creativity, innovation, and leadership within the team
Candidate Requirements:
- Formal culinary training and relevant qualifications (e.g., diploma or degree in culinary arts)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a 4/5-star lodge, hotel, or resort
- Strong understanding of dietary requirements, allergies, and current food trends
- Proven experience in menu planning, stock control, and kitchen team leadership
This is a live-in role.
