Proficiency in MS Office (Especially Excel) and Google apps Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills Strong organizational and multitasking skills Experience with project management tools and software Ability to manage financial records and prepare reports Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy DUTIES: Financial Administration: Manage financial records and transactions Handle invoicing, payments, and expense tracking Prepare financial reports and budgets Coordinate with accounting and finance departments Project Management: Oversee and manage ongoing projects Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met Coordinate with different departments to ensure project success Monitor project progress and report to management Administrative Support: Maintain office operations and procedures Manage office supplies and inventory Handle correspondence, scheduling, and meeting arrangements Provide administrative support to management and staff HOURS: 3 Days working from office 2 Days working from home
