Employer Description My client is in the Animal Nutrition Industry. Job Description To oversee and coordinate the administration process on a daily basis. The main purpose of the job is to act as an administrative support system to the depot and to ensure that the information is received, captured and distributed correctly. Administration of the ERP and DH application system Processing and reconciling of bulk invoices Stock management Customer Service Qualifications Matric (Grade 12 Certificate) Bachelors degree in business administration Possession of a valid Code 08/EB drivers license 3 5 Years administrative experience Working knowledge of MS Office Skills MUST BE FLUENT IN AFRIKAANS Problem solving and decision-making skills Attention to detail Positive, pro-active, results-driven attitude
