Job Description
- Matric (Grade 12) essential
- Hospitality or tourism qualification advantageous
- Previous experience in reservations, front office, or guest relations preferred
- Computer literate (MS Office; knowledge of reservation systems an advantage)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, well-spoken, and customer-focused
 
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all reservation enquiries via phone and email
- Process bookings, confirmations, and guest correspondence
- Update availability and maintain accurate booking records
- Liaise with guests, travel agents, and tour operators
- Work closely with reception and management to ensure seamless guest arrivals
- Provide friendly and professional service at all times
