Location: Hazyview, Mpumalanga

Salary: R9,000 – 10 000.00 per month

Package Includes:

All meals while on duty

Accommodation

22 working days with 9 days off monthly

Live-in position (no dependents)

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent recognised qualification
• Additional certifications in specialised spa treatments (advantageous)
• Valid certification in massage techniques (advantageous)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury spa or hotel setting
• Skilled in: Massage, facials, waxing, tinting, manicures, and pedicures and
• Biosculpture gel manicures and pedicures
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Strong customer service and treatment booking experience
• Ability to tailor treatments to meet each client’s specific needs
• Confident sales ability to promote spa services and products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

• Provide a range of spa and beauty treatments tailored to individual guest needs
• Maintain exceptional service standards and ensure guest satisfaction
• Uphold strict cleanliness and hygiene protocols in all treatment areas
• Maintain detailed client consultation records and treatment notes
• Actively promote and upsell spa products and additional services
• Stay informed on industry trends, new techniques, and product knowledge
