The Role
We are looking for a vibrant, polished, well-presented, and well-spoken Front of House (FOH) professional to join this luxury lodge team. You will be the primary point of contact for the guests, responsible for ensuring a seamless journey from the first “welcome” to the final “goodbye”
Key Responsibilities (expected duties for this role include):
- Managing all front office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest administration.
- Delivering high-end, personalized guest relations and handling guest queries and requests.
- Coordinating with other lodge departments (e.g., guiding, housekeeping, kitchen) to ensure operational excellence.
- Maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and service excellence required in a luxury safari environment
Requirements
- Professional Presence: Must be vibrant, polished, well-presented, and well-spoken (as specified in the job advert).
- FOH Expertise: Proven expertise in front desk operations, including managing check-ins, check-outs, and guest administration.
- Guest Relations: Advanced skills in delivering high-end, personalized guest relations and service excellence.
- Luxury Experience: Extensive experience within luxury hospitality environments, both local and international, or in a 5-star safari lodge setting.
