Strong knowledge facilities machines and equipment. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities. Excellent attention to detail, initiative & interpersonal skills In depth knowledge of Airconditioning/fridges and/or single/3 phase (electrical) Knowledge and experience in reading/following building plans Excellent all-rounder (Plumbing, Building, General maintenance) Drivers licence (essential), PrdP preferred MS Office Suite Strong administrative and planning capabilities, including budgeting and reporting Package on offer R 20-25 000 pm, depending on benefits Single accommodation and meals Company Benefits Starting Date: December 2025
