About the Role

We are seeking an energetic, creative, and reliable Maintenance Manager to lead our facility maintenance team with a strong focus on maintenance and planning. This role is critical in ensuring facilities operate safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Scheduling and project management
• Planning, managing and controlling the maintenance budgets
• Manage a proactive preventative maintenance strategy
• Conduct frequent walkthroughs and regular inspections to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of all areas of the facility

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years proven experience in maintenance management and planning
• A minimum of 1 year hands-on experience in maintenance or a related trade (Mechanical/Electrical)
• Holds a relevant qualification in maintenance planning, management, or in the mechanical or electrical field
• Packhouse experience will be an advantage
