Ensure front desk security by following protocols and monitoring surveillance. Collaborate with other departments as needed to support smooth and efficient operations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a night audit or reception role within a 5-star hotel or resort. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately. Proficiency in basic accounting tasks and familiarity with hotel property management systems. Ability to work independently during night shifts while upholding a welcoming and professional demeanor. Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
