About the Role

A vibrant and luxurious 5* Game Lodge in Hoedspruit is seeking a skilled Reception Manager to join their team. As a key member of the lodge’s operations, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience, while also managing the front office and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanour when welcoming guests as they arrive and checking out guests
Manage incoming calls and respond to all guest questions and requests in a timely manner
Accept payments and perform other administrative duties with efficiency and accuracy
Prioritize and manage tasks independently, with good planning and organizational skills

Requirements

Matric / Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality Management (Beneficial)
At least 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end safari lodge or hotel
Excellent Reception and Front Office control
Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism

Qualifications

Matric / Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality Management (Beneficial)
