Job Summary
Requirements:
Oversee conservation and reserve management. Plan and implement sustainability and community projects. Manage the elephant department and orphanage. Handle pest control and fleet management. Coordinate photography and film crew activities. Provide information for grant applications and donor relations. Host tours for donors and build relationships through presentations. Capture photo and video content for fundraising purposes. Ensure health and safety for staff and guests. Collaborate with peers for efficient resource use. Ensure compliance with financial, insurance, and payroll regulations. Compile and manage budgets. Oversee staff and handle HR-related tasks. This is a live-in position. Package Includes: Accommodation provided on the reserve. Company vehicle available for use while on duty. Meals included during working hours. Cost to company salary of R25 000.00 Opportunity for promotion to a managerial position after 12 months, based on performance.
