Job Summary

Hire Resolves client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator / Time and Attendance Clerk to join their dynamic team in the Human Resources department. This role is crucial in supporting both HR and operations, ensuring accurate timekeeping and administrative compliance at a busy site.

 Responsibilities:

  • Support the Site Security Manager and Junior Operations Manager in daily functions.

  • Collaborate with Payroll Officers to resolve time-related errors before payroll closure.

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of timekeeping documents according to company policies.

  • Perform time-evaluation runs for successful quota updates, deductions, and payments.

  • Compile time & attendance reports, highlight anomalies, and inform supervisors accordingly.

  • Conduct internal audits on overtime, unpaid leave, late arrivals, and other exceptions.

  • Advise employees on time-related matters such as sick leave and maternity leave.

  • Respond to employee requests for individual timekeeping reports and assist with corrections.

  • Maintain communication and workflow support with Management and Embedded HR Teams.

  • Liaise with management to ensure timely approval of hours and resolve discrepancies.

  • Uphold compliance standards with internal and external regulations.

  • Support training efforts and maintain updated training materials in timekeeping.

  • Log and test system improvements related to attendance processes.

  • Coordinate staff rosters and manage booking of medicals (onboarding and exit).

  • Monitor attendance at required medical checkups and liaise with clinic staff.

  • Maintain organized filing systems for all operational and compliance documents.

  • Distribute safety topics, leave forms, posting sheets, and other key resources.

  • Take minutes during security-related meetings and provide general office support.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar HR/administrative support role.

  • Strong attention to detail, especially in timekeeping and compliance.

  • Proficient with time & attendance systems and reporting tools.

  • Ability to work independently while supporting multiple stakeholders.

  • Solid communication and organizational skills.

  • Familiarity with labor regulations and payroll processes is advantageous.
