Job Summary
– Create and distribute purchase orders from delivery notes.
– Capture Customer shorts and distribute report.
– Capturing and printing of staff sales.
– Gather info and document retrieval of vendor packs
– Capturing sales orders to process to Accounts Receivable invoice.
– Monitoring stock levels for invoice.
– General admin work as required.
Excellent Excel skills are essential
Tertiary qualification and SAP experience an advantage.
