About the Role
We are seeking experienced Relief Registered Nurses to join our team at a well-established care home in Howick, KZN. As a compassionate and dedicated nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
- Administer medication and monitor residents’ health conditions
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, carers, and families
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
Requirements
Registered Nurse qualification with valid registration with SANC
Proven experience in a care home, frail care, or similar environment
Strong clinical and assessment skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
