Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans Administer medication and monitor residents’ health conditions Respond promptly to medical emergencies Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Collaborate with healthcare professionals, carers, and families Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards Minimum Requirements: Registered Nurse qualification with valid registration with SANC Proven experience in a care home, frail care, or similar environment Strong clinical and assessment skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
