Job Summary

Technical Competencies and responsibilities Staff Management: Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising bakery staff, including bakers, pastry chefs, and sales associates. Production Oversight: Ensuring the consistent production of high-quality baked goods, adhering to recipes and quality standards. Inventory Management: Ordering supplies, managing inventory levels, and minimizing waste. Customer Service: Handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Financial Management: Tracking sales, managing budgets, and contributing to financial performance. Health and Safety: Maintaining a clean and organized work environment and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Recipe Development: Potentially contributing to the creation of new recipes and menu items. Marketing and Sales: Implementing marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue. Behavioural Competencies: Excellent Leadership and Communication First class Organizational Skills Baking Knowledge Problem-Solving Adaptability Please Note: Only candidates with the minimum requirements will be considered.
