Job Description

Sales Executive Opportunity Full time/ Onsite/ Ballito We are looking for a driven and energetic Sales Executive to join a growing team in the interior window solutions and security products industry, servicing both residential and corporate clients. This role suits someone who is self-motivated, customer-focused, and hungry to succeed. You will work both from the showroom and on-site with clients, consulting, measuring, quoting, and closing sales while building strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities Manage and respond to sales leads Conduct client consultations and site visits Take accurate measurements and recommend suitable solutions Prepare quotes, orders, sales documentation and independent admin Maintain sales records and customer databases Conduct customer follow-ups and after-sales support Assist with special installations when required Canvass and generate new business opportunities Build and grow your own leads database Maintain product knowledge and attend training Leads may come from showroom walk-ins, digital marketing allocations, referrals, and self-generated opportunities, but the successful candidate must also actively network, canvass, and drive new sales opportunities. Requirements Proven sales experience (experience in home improvement, interiors, construction, or related industries is advantageous) Ability to take measurements and work with technical product requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Own reliable vehicle – MUST Valid driver’s licence – MUST Own laptop Willing to learn about products and services and grow within the business Ability to travel to client sites for consultations and quotations Key Attributes We are looking for someone who is: Independent and accountable Well-presented and professional (client-facing role) Highly organised with strong time management Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Positive, teachable, and eager to learn Hungry, proactive, and results-driven This role offers flexibility and autonomy, but requires someone who takes ownership of their schedule, keeps management updated on client engagements, and consistently delivers results.
