About the Role
We are seeking a driven and energetic Sales Executive to join our growing team in the interior window solutions and security products industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with both residential and corporate clients, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to sales leads
- Conduct client consultations and site visits
- Take accurate measurements and recommend suitable solutions
- Prepare quotes, orders, sales documentation and independent admin
- Maintain sales records and customer databases
- Conduct customer follow-ups and after-sales support
- Assist with special installations when required
- Canvass and generate new business opportunities
- Build and grow your own leads database
- Maintain product knowledge and attend training
Requirements
- Proven sales experience (experience in home improvement, interiors, construction, or related industries is advantageous)
- Ability to take measurements and work with technical product requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Own reliable vehicle – MUST
- Valid driver’s licence – MUST
- Willing to learn about products and services and grow within the business
- Ability to travel to client sites for consultations and quotations
