About the Role

The Hotel Duty Manager is a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the overall operation of the hotel during assigned shifts
Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and promptly resolve guest complaints
Supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance activities
Handle emergency situations and ensure safety procedures are followed
Conduct daily shift briefings with department heads
Monitor staff performance and provide on-the-spot guidance and support
Assist with staff scheduling and attendance monitoring
Ensure accurate reporting and handover between shifts
Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and service quality throughout the hotel

Requirements

Minimum 35 years of experience in hotel operations, with supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage operations
Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Computer literate with knowledge of hotel management systems

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
