<p>Introduction</p><p>A leading South African Real Estate Agency is looking for Real Estate Agents with experience to join their dynamic team</p><p>Duties &amp; Responsibilities</p><p><strong>Job Description/Duties:</strong></p><p> Assisting buyers and sellers in marketing and purchasing properties at the best price and terms.</p><p> Conducting market research to determine property values.</p><p> Preparing necessary paperwork, including contracts, leases, and closing statements.</p><p> Coordinating property viewings, open houses, and auctions.</p><p> Networking with mortgage lenders, attorneys, and contractors.</p><p> Advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements</p><p>Desired Experience &amp; Qualification</p><p><strong>Minimum Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Knowledge of real estate markets and trends</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients</li><li>Experience in sales or real estate</li><li>Drivers License and own transport</li></ul><p>Package &amp; Remuneration</p><p>Working on Commission (50/50)</p>
