About the Role
Our client in the Milling Industry is seeking a dedicated Feed Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing and ensure smooth, efficient operations in Bloemfontein. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading with excellence and ensuring the highest quality animal feed products.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control production processes to meet quality standards
- Supervise and coordinate the work of production staff
- Implement quality control measures to ensure product consistency
- Manage inventory and ordering systems to minimize waste and optimize production
- Collaborate with production team members to resolve issues and improve efficiency
Requirements
- Valid drivers licence & own transport
- National Senior Certificate or NQF 4 equivalent
- Feed Miller certification
- 5 years experience in a supervisory role within a feed production facility
- Strong Microsoft skills
- Excellent knowledge of animal feed production processes
