About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Feed Production Supervisor to join our client’s team in Bloemfontein, South Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations and ensuring smooth, efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee manufacturing operations to ensure high-quality feed products
Lead a team of production staff to achieve production targets and quality standards
Implement quality control measures to maintain product consistency and meet regulatory requirements
Collaborate with other departments to optimize production workflows and reduce costs
Monitor and report on production performance, including yield rates, quality defects, and inventory levels

Requirements

Valid driver’s licence and own transport
National Senior Certificate or NQF 4 equivalent
Feed Miller certification
5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a feed production facility
Strong Microsoft skills
Excellent knowledge of animal feed production processes
Expertise in quality control measures
