About the Role

Pullens Hope is seeking a skilled Network Technician to join their team in the Hendrina area of Mpumalanga. The ideal candidate will be passionate about networking, wireless systems, and providing excellent client support. If you enjoy problem-solving and working with internet and wireless systems, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and configure network hardware and software
  • Monitor network performance and uptime
  • Provide technical support to clients
  • Troubleshoot wireless internet systems and connectivity issues
  • Implement network security measures and configurations
  • Assist with WiFi, VoIP, and camera installations
  • Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and access points
  • Ensure efficient and reliable network operations

Requirements

  • Matric certificate
  • 1 year of experience in the ISP/networking field
  • Experience with on-site installations and client support
  • Knowledge of MikroTik, Ubiquiti, VoIP, and camera systems
  • Understanding of wireless internet troubleshooting
  • Good computer and multitasking skills

Qualifications

  • Afrikaans and English speaking
  • Valid Code 8 driver’s license and own transport

Salary & Benefits

R13 000 per month
