About the Role

Pullens Hope is seeking a skilled Network Technician to join their team in the Hendrina area of Mpumalanga. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining network infrastructure, providing technical support to clients, and ensuring seamless connectivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation & Configuration: Set up, install, and configure network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, access points)
  • Configure network software to ensure proper connectivity
  • Perform on-site installations for clients
  • Network Support & Maintenance: Monitor network performance to ensure uptime
  • Implement security measures including firewalls
  • Provide technical support to clients
  • Troubleshoot wireless internet systems
  • Resolve connectivity issues

Requirements

  • Matric certificate Code 8 – 10 driver’s license
  • Own transport to and from work
  • 1-2 Years Experience in internet service provider field
  • On-site installation experience
  • WiFi experience essential
  • Knowledge of MicroTik/Ubiquity/VoIP/Cameras
