Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Utilize the company`s existing candidate database to identify potential matches for open roles.
- Actively search for and engage with potential candidates on professional networking platforms, such as LinkedIn, and other social media channels.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of current job market trends and candidate availability.
- Conduct detailed initial screenings of potential candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Perform in-depth telephone and video interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Verify candidate credentials, employment history, and professional references.
- Prepare detailed candidate profiles and recommendation reports for hiring managers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates.
- Provide timely and professional communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Offer guidance and support to candidates during their application journey.
- Ensure a high level of candidate engagement and an excellent candidate experience.
- Continuously update and maintain the company`s candidate database.
- Implement effective tracking systems for candidate interactions and recruitment progress.
- Leverage social media platforms strategically to expand candidate reach and visibility.
- Create compelling and targeted content to attract potential candidates.
- Generate regular reports on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and placement success rates.
- Track and analyse recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand evolving recruitment needs.
- Provide insights on market trends and candidate availability.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and recruitment technologies.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Advanced LinkedIn and social media recruiting techniques.
- Familiarisation with the use of AI technology
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic data analysis and reporting skills.
