Lead the external audit process and prepare annual financial statements. Monitor budgets, forecasts, and performance, providing insights for decision-making. Produce accurate financial and management reports with analysis and commentary. Maintain robust accounting policies, procedures, and controls. Partner with the business to drive value through sound financial insights. Requirements: CA(SA) At least 5 years experience reporting to a CFO in a multi-regional organisation. Strong knowledge of IFRS, consolidated reporting, and compliance. Experience with SAP, Draftworx, and reporting platforms Advanced MS Excel skills, including financial modelling. Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage teams.
