About the Role

As a Membership Sales Consultant at Planet Fitness, you will be responsible for selling memberships and marketing products, facilities, and services to new and existing members. Your primary goal is to meet specific monthly sales targets while ensuring high levels of member satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting outreach events and promotions to attract new members
  • Finding prospects and making appointments to discuss membership options
  • Presenting Planet Fitness’ services and offerings to potential clients
  • Reaching daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Managing basic sales-related administration tasks
  • Providing superior member service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years’ sales experience (previous experience in Health & Fitness or Hospitality industry preferred)
  • Great communication skills
  • Willingness to work retail hours
  • Reliable transport and own cellphone essential
  • Computer literacy
