Job Description

Key Requirements: Qualifications in Finance, Accounting or Business Management. Minimum 5 years experience in administration, bookkeeping, and tender coordination. Computer Literacy/ AI tools: QuickBooks, Tender Portals, MS Office Suite and Social Media Platforms. Basic recruitment skills will be advantageous Core Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee daily office operations, correspondence, and record keeping. Manage invoicing, reconciliations, and expense tracking using QuickBooks. Prepare and submit tender documents accurately and on time via Tender Portals. Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements (Fuel License, SARS, CIPC). Coordinate office logistics and staff schedules to maintain workflow efficiency. Assist with secretarial duties including document preparation, filing, and general office administration. Non-Smoking Candidates with sober habits Essential
