About the Role: We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative and Compliance Officer to join our clients team in the medical devices industry. This mid-level role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Administration and Financial Manager, ensuring optimal performance across quality control, compliance, operations, and human resources. Responsibilities:

Regulatory and Compliance: Maintain and update the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 13485 standards. Ensure all departments adhere to ISO procedures and maintain accurate documentation. Manage SAHPRA license compliance and update medical device files with current certificates. Liaise with suppliers, customers, and industry bodies to ensure regulatory compliance. Assist in product registration and handle product failure/return submissions. Operations: Support stock control through cycle counts and stock takes. Assist with import/export queries and update supplier price lists. Manage quotes and system updates for custom products. Financial: Compile monthly fleet transaction reports and manage fleet card orders. Assist with creditor payments, financial reports, and statement reconciliations Human Resources: Coordinate candidate interviews and maintain employee files. Update and monitor the leave register.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of administrative experience (experience in the medical devices industry is a plus). Fluent in English . Senior Certificate (tertiary qualification is preferable). Must be a South African citizen . Strong knowledge of ISO 13485 and SAHPRA regulations is highly advantageous. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
