Matric with 5 years+ experience handling administration in a Manufacturing environment handling projects.
Experience in installations advantageous.
MS Office essential.
Responsible for:
- Scheduling installations and repairs.
- Assist with quotations.
- Complete daily reports.
- Request quotations for safety training.
- Set up regular project meetings to discuss status on all projects.
- Ensure toolbox talks are done.
- General administration and record keeping.
