Our Client is seeking an experienced Aerospace Automation and Control Engineer with 5-10 years of experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing control systems for industrial processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing automation projects, optimizing control systems, and ensuring efficient operation of critical systems in manufacturing, oil & gas, or energy sectors. Responsibilities:

System Design & Implementation : Design and develop automation and control systems for industrial applications, including PLC, SCADA, DCS, and other control technologies. System Optimization : Optimize control systems to improve efficiency, reliability, and performance across various processes. Troubleshooting & Support : Diagnose and resolve issues related to automation systems, providing troubleshooting and technical support to operators and engineers. Project Management : Lead automation projects, from concept to implementation, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met. System Integration : Integrate new control systems with existing equipment, ensuring smooth operation and minimal disruption. Safety & Compliance : Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations during the design, installation, and operation of control systems. Documentation : Develop and maintain detailed system documentation, including user manuals, technical drawings, and operational guidelines. Collaboration : Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including electrical engineers, operators, and production staff, to optimize system performance and resolve issues. Skills & Qualifications: Experience : 5-10 years of experience in automation and control engineering within industrial sectors such as manufacturing, oil & gas, or energy. Technical Expertise : Proficiency in control systems design, PLC programming, SCADA, DCS, and other automation software. Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve complex system issues. Project Management : Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful execution. Safety Knowledge : Familiarity with safety protocols, regulations, and standards for automation systems in industrial environments. Communication : Excellent communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and reporting on system performance. Education: Required : Bachelor’s degree in Automation Engineering , Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, or a related field.
