About the Role
As an Agentforce Developer at Crayon Technologies Ltd, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and optimizing intelligent agent solutions within the Agentforce ecosystem. Your primary focus will be on supporting business automation, AI-driven workflows, and conversational experiences by leveraging Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, Data Cloud, and related AI development capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and maintain Agentforce AI agents for internal or customer-facing workflows
- Build prompts, guardrails, skills, and routines that define agent behavior and conversational flows
- Use Salesforce Einstein and Agentforce tools to build intelligent, context-aware interactions
- Develop integrations between Agentforce and external systems using APIs, MuleSoft, or Data Cloud
- Configure automations using Flow, Apex, and declarative Salesforce tools
- Conduct agent testing across multiple channels and manage deployments using DevOps Centre or CI/CD tools
- Work with Salesforce Data Cloud to unify, segment, and prepare data for agent consumption
Requirements
- Strong understanding of AI agent design and prompt engineering principles
- Experience in integrating AI agents with enterprise systems
- Skills in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, API development (REST, GraphQL), and CI/CD tools
- Proficiency in Salesforce Agentforce, Salesforce Einstein, Salesforce CRM, and Salesforce Data Cloud
- Experience in using JSON/YAML, JIRA/Azure DevOps, and Confluence for technical documentation
