Job Summary
My client from a Freight Forwarding Company is seeking an Analyst, Implementation & Customer Application Specialist to join their team This will be to: Liaise with customer and service provider, account owner and IT to deliver EDI/API Integration projects Process mapping and develop internal operating procedures Develop user acceptance tests Facilitate system training Implement EDI/API integration Matric 4-6 years in Business Analysis, Consulting, Management Consulting or as a System Analyst Industry knowledge: Experience in freight forwarding or logistics is a plus Must at least be exposed to a Supply Chain environment
