Project Leadership: Drive the re-platforming and re-engineering of the application, taking ownership of end-to-end execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. Implement project management best practices, tracking milestones, and managing risks. Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to development teams. Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance application performance. People Management: Lead and mentor a team of developers and support staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support professional growth. Ensure clear communication and alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as an Application Owner, Product Owner, or similar role. Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development or system architecture. Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver complex technical projects.
