Salary:
R20 000 – 30 000 per month, CTC Employment Type: Initial three-month contractOur client is a direct-selling company with a diverse portfolio of products designed to inspire and empower. They are on the hunt for a skilled Beauty Buyer with at least 5 years of experience in the industry, ideally with a proven track record in sourcing beauty products from China.As the Beauty Buyer you will be responsible for: Planning and executing category campaigns, managing margins, and ensuring all product details are accurate and aligned with their strategy.Leading new product development, including market analysis, competitive research, and full-cycle product development oversight.Conducting monthly performance analyses and collaborating with teams to align stock with sales forecasts.Building strong supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining quality standards.Managing inventory to optimize stock levels and implementing strategies to reduce excess stock.Overseeing budgets, ensuring financial compliance, and delivering on key profitability metrics.
