About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Brand Assistant to join our team in Johannesburg. As an assistant to the Senior Brand Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our brand management tasks. With a strong focus on sales data analysis and performance reports, we are looking for someone who is proactive, methodical, and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Place and track product orders, liaising with internal teams to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate product databases and systematically catalogue products
- Prepare and coordinate product range samples
- Compile and analyse reports on product performance, inventory levels, and sales insights
- Work closely with sales and planning teams to ensure smooth product delivery
- Handle documentation and administrative tasks to ensure efficient brand operations
Requirements
- Strong analytical and numerical ability, with confidence in working with sales data and performance reports
- Highly organised and methodical, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proactive team player with a solid work ethic and collaborative attitude
- Willingness to work additional hours when required to meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Brand Management, Product Management, Marketing, or a related field, completed or in progress
