Job Description
Our Client, a leader in the Hospitality and Entertainment industry is seeking a Brand Manager to join their team based in Johannesburg.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Matric
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Business Administration or a related field
- 3-5 years experience as a Brand Manager, in both traditional and social media aspects
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics and branding principles
- High attention to detail
- Service orientated and standards of high quality
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies and plans, including brand positioning, messaging and target audience identification.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer trends, competitors and industry insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as graphic design team and Product Owner to align brand and marketing objectives and develop marketing plans.
- Create and manager brand budgets.
- Develop and implement promotional and advertising strategies and plans, including print, digital and social media channels.
- Develop and implement marketing tactics and activations to promote consumer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Maintain brand guidelines and standards to ensure consistency and compliance with Group Marketing Corporate Identity in accordance with
- Gaming Board compliance.
- Build and manage relationships with keys stakeholders, including agencies, media partners and vendors.
- Manage and implement product launches, events and activations and coordinate with relevant teams.
