About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented In-House Controller to support our courier operations in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will handle administrative tasks, ensure smooth daily operations, and assist in coordinating deliveries and shipments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating courier deliveries.
  • Communicate with drivers and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments and deliveries.
  • Provide support to the operations team with any administrative needs as well as some physical Labour.

Requirements

  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in logistics or a courier environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office management software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
