About the Role
Edgexec (Pty) Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Business Support Coordinator to join their team on a fixed-term contract basis. The successful candidate will play a critical part in ensuring deals are accurately documented, discounted to funders without delay, and paid out to suppliers efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and complete all administrative tasks relating to Mainline and Flexi-Rent deals
- Prepare, verify and manage credit facility documentation and internal SAP processes
- Generate rental schedules, agreements, compliance documentation and securities
- Execute the discounting process to funders within strict turnaround times
- Ensure 99% of correctly signed documents are discounted within 24 hours
- Manage supplier and third-party payments, balancing client service and deal profitability
- Maintain accurate SAP records, including loan statuses and supporting documentation
- Verify compliance requirements before submission for discounting
- Facilitate insurance settlements and variation agreements where required
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, customers, suppliers and funders
- Resolve queries and manage incomplete tasks within agreed SLAs
Requirements
- BCom Finance degree or equivalent qualification, or minimum 3 years experience in Corporate or Commercial Asset Finance
- Strong understanding of asset-based finance operations
- Financial and basic accounting knowledge
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel
- Strong administrative, numerical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and compliance accuracy
- Ability to structure solutions within defined frameworks
- Strong communication skills across multiple organisational levels
- Self-management, resilience and ability to handle pressure
- Ethical, results-driven and customer-focused mindset
