About the Role

Edgexec (Pty) Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Business Support Coordinator to join their team on a fixed-term contract basis. The successful candidate will play a critical part in ensuring deals are accurately documented, discounted to funders without delay, and paid out to suppliers efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and complete all administrative tasks relating to Mainline and Flexi-Rent deals
  • Prepare, verify and manage credit facility documentation and internal SAP processes
  • Generate rental schedules, agreements, compliance documentation and securities
  • Execute the discounting process to funders within strict turnaround times
  • Ensure 99% of correctly signed documents are discounted within 24 hours
  • Manage supplier and third-party payments, balancing client service and deal profitability
  • Maintain accurate SAP records, including loan statuses and supporting documentation
  • Verify compliance requirements before submission for discounting
  • Facilitate insurance settlements and variation agreements where required
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, customers, suppliers and funders
  • Resolve queries and manage incomplete tasks within agreed SLAs

Requirements

  • BCom Finance degree or equivalent qualification, or minimum 3 years experience in Corporate or Commercial Asset Finance
  • Strong understanding of asset-based finance operations
  • Financial and basic accounting knowledge
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Strong administrative, numerical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and compliance accuracy
  • Ability to structure solutions within defined frameworks
  • Strong communication skills across multiple organisational levels
  • Self-management, resilience and ability to handle pressure
  • Ethical, results-driven and customer-focused mindset
