Job Description Duties will include: Cost tendering, procurement, cost estimate, cost planning and cost management, Analysing terms and conditions in the contract Predicting potential risks in the project and taking precautions to mitigate such Forecasting the costs of different materials needed for the project Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies Qualifications Degree in Quantity Surveying Professional Registration would be advantageous Skills 5years post-graduate experience in Civil Works Bulk Earthworks / Civil Structures Exposure to professional costing technology such as CCS / Candy and Buildsmart will be required Good communication skills Valid drivers license Own reliable transport Benefits Dependent on candidates needs
