This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrator and Debtors Clerk located in Johannesburg. The Administrator and Debtors Clerk will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date debtor accounts, processing payments, managing invoices, and performing general administrative tasks. The role also involves interacting with clients to resolve any billing issues and ensuring efficient collection of outstanding accounts.QualificationsExperience in Debtors Management and Accounts Receivable processesProficiency in Accounting Software and Financial ReportingStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsKnowledge of office administration proceduresExperience in Debt Collection and interacting with customers is a must.
