Responsibilities / Duties Supervise and coordinate daily CNC workshop activities. Operate, set, and program CNC machines using Mastercam or similar software. Work with Fanuc controllers to ensure accurate programming and machining. Oversee workflow, allocate tasks, and monitor team performance. Ensure components are manufactured to specification, tolerances, and deadlines. Conduct first-off and quality inspections. Train and mentor operators and junior staff. Ensure machines, tools, and equipment are properly maintained. Enforce workshop safety standards and company policies. Provide technical support, problem-solving, and process improvement initiatives. Requirements Qualifications & Experience Minimum 5 years experience in CNC machining, programming, and workshop operations. Proven supervisory or foreman experience in a CNC workshop environment. Proficiency in Mastercam (or similar CAD/CAM software). Experience working with Fanuc controllers . Strong technical knowledge of machining practices, tooling, and tolerances. Non-smoker preferred. Residing in or near East Rand (Boksburg, Kempton Park, Benoni, Germiston). Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability. Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Good organisational and communication skills.
